1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, utilizing the Garads web portal, or interacting with our RESTful Developer API, you enter into a binding agreement with Garads. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

• You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal majority in your jurisdiction to establish an account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API secret keys. Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
• Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or leased to unauthorized third parties.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (Zero-Tolerance)

Any detected abuse will result in immediate and permanent account termination, forfeiture of remaining wallet balance, and blacklisting of associated payment identifiers without prior warning.

4. Nature of Services

• Virtual Phone Numbers: Numbers are provisioned dynamically for SMS verification purposes. Unless specifically ordered under long-term rental contracts, single-use activation numbers are temporary and expire after completion.
• Digital Logs & Accounts: Delivered as described in the marketplace catalog. Buyers must verify login integrity within the warranty period (24 hours).
• eSIM Data Packages: Roaming profiles are subject to local carrier signal availability and device compatibility.

5. Wallet Balances & Deposits

All funds added to your Garads wallet represent non-interest-bearing store credit intended solely for purchasing platform services. Wallet credits cannot be cashed out or transferred between distinct accounts except where required by law.

6. Developer API Usage & Rate Limits

API keys must remain secured. Users are bound by established rate limits (up to 120 requests/minute). Automated script attacks, vulnerability scanning, or Denial of Service attempts against our endpoints are strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 99.8% uptime, Garads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from upstream carrier routing delays, third-party platform algorithm adjustments, or user operational errors.
